jp- 500g mustard greens
- 200g spinach

- 2 tbsp maize flour
- Salt, ghee, garlic, onion
Instructions
- Boil chopped greens with chilies. Blend to coarse paste.
- Cook with maize flour for thickness.
- Add ghee, garlic, and onions for the tadka (tempering).
- Serve hot with Makki di Roti and butter.
2. Chole Bhature
Ingredients
- 2 cups boiled chickpeas
- 2 onions, 2 tomatoes
- Chole masala, cumin, ginger-garlic paste
Instructions
- Sauté onions, garlic, tomatoes. Add spices.
- Add boiled chickpeas and simmer for 15–20 mins.
- Serve with deep-fried bhature and onions.

Ingredients
- 500g chicken (boneless)
- 1 cup tomato puree
- 1/2 cup cream, butter, garam masala
Instructions
- Marinate chicken in yogurt and spices.
- Cook tomato puree with butter and cream. Add chicken.

4. Aloo Paratha
Ingredients
- 2 boiled potatoes, mashed
- Wheat flour dough
