  • 200g spinach
  • 2 green chilies
  • 2 tbsp maize flour
  • Salt, ghee, garlic, onion

Instructions

  1. Boil chopped greens with chilies. Blend to coarse paste.
  2. Cook with maize flour for thickness.
  3. Add ghee, garlic, and onions for the tadka (tempering).
  4. Serve hot with Makki di Roti and butter.

2. Chole Bhature

Ingredients

  • 2 cups boiled chickpeas
  • 2 onions, 2 tomatoes
  • Chole masala, cumin, ginger-garlic paste

Instructions

  1. Sauté onions, garlic, tomatoes. Add spices.
  2. Add boiled chickpeas and simmer for 15–20 mins.
  3. Serve with deep-fried bhature and onions.

3. Butter Chicken

Butter Chicken

Ingredients

  • 500g chicken (boneless)
  • 1 cup tomato puree
  • 1/2 cup cream, butter, garam masala

Instructions

  1. Marinate chicken in yogurt and spices.
  2. Cook tomato puree with butter and cream. Add chicken.
  3. Simmer until soft and creamy. Serve with naan.

4. Aloo Paratha

Ingredients

  • 2 boiled potatoes, mashed
  • Wheat flour dough
  • Chili, coriander, salt, ajwain

Instructions

  1. Mix mashed potatoes with spices.
  2. Stuff into dough balls, roll out, and fry with ghee.

5. Paneer Butter Masala

  • Paneer cubes
  • Tomato puree, cream, butter
  • Garam masala, chili powder

Instructions

Instructions

  1. Blanch and blend spinach.
  2. Cook with onion, tomato, and spices.
  3. Add paneer and cream. Serve hot.

8. Gajar ka Halwa

Gajar ka Halwa

Ingredients

  • Grated carrots, milk, sugar
  • Ghee, cardamom, nuts

Instructions

  1. Cook carrots in milk until soft.
  2. Add sugar, ghee, cardamom. Cook till thick.
  3. Garnish with almonds & serve warm.
